What: Two separate golf tournaments on one day to benefit the Our Kids Center.
Where: Vanderbilt Legends Club, Franklin, Tenn.
When: Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008
Times:
- 8:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
- Shotgun start
- Registration is one hour before tournament starts.
Format:
- Four-person scramble
- Tournaments are flighted.
- Mulligans will be sold.
- Putting Contest: A putting contest will be held for a nominal fee.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin, Predict Your Distance game and putting contest. Hole-in-one on certain holes wins vehicle from Alexander Ford of Franklin, a two-year lease of a vehicle from Andrews Land Rover of Nashville, or a set of golf irons and custom fitting from Jack's Golf Shop.
Directions to Legends Club: From Nashville, take I-65 South to Franklin. Exit Cool Springs Blvd. West. Turn right onto Mack Hatcher Parkway, then right onto Franklin Road. First street on your right is Legends (791-8100).
