Families referred to Our Kids have many concerns about what will happen during their visit. The FAQ page provides answers to questions parents often ask when they come to our facility. Reading this information and sharing it with your child will help prepare you and your youngster for the visit.
The Our Kids team is committed to making the child's visit as easy as possible.
For scheduling appointments, clinical questions, and notification of court cases, please call (615) 341-4911.
In the case of an emergency, call General Hospital at (615) 341-4100. Ask for the Our Kids clinical staff on call to be paged. Our Kids staff will assess the situation to determine if the child needs to be seen immediately or if the exam can wait until the next day. Our Kids clinical staff is available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
